Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 8, 2026 · Last updated: August 8, 2026

In short: Orbit Labbs builds T-gain, Weightoo, and Playwayk. We process information only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve our website and apps. The exact information depends on which app and features you use. We do not ask for information simply because it might be useful someday, and we do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

1. Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Orbit Labbs ("Orbit Labbs", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Orbit Labbs website and our applications Weightoo, T-gain, and Playwayk, together with related support, communications, and services (collectively, the "Services").

This Policy applies when you visit our website, download or use one of our apps, create an account where available, purchase a subscription, contact us, or otherwise interact with Orbit Labbs. An individual app may display additional notices where a specific feature requires more detailed information. If an app-specific notice conflicts with this general Policy, the more specific notice applies to that feature.

2. App-specific privacy overview

The data involved depends on the product you use and the features you choose. The following overview is intended to make those differences clear.

WEIGHTOO

Weight-loss and lifestyle data

Weightoo may process information you enter about your weight-management journey, such as profile details, age, height, body measurements, weight entries, weight goals, activity level, habits, daily check-ins, progress photos, progress information, notes, and other wellness information you choose to provide. If you use an AI coaching feature, relevant information you provide may be used to generate the response you request.

Weightoo is a general wellness product. Information entered into Weightoo may be sensitive in nature depending on your location and what you choose to provide, so we aim to limit its use to providing and improving the app and related support.

T-GAIN

Men's wellness and routine data

T-gain may process wellness goals, routine information, habit or progress entries, preferences, and other information you voluntarily provide while using its features. T-gain is designed for general lifestyle and men's wellness support; it is not intended to diagnose hormone levels or medical conditions.

We do not require you to provide medical records to use ordinary T-gain features. If future optional integrations request additional permissions, the app will present the relevant permission or notice before access is requested.

PLAYWAYK

Alarm, challenge, and app-preference data

Playwayk may process alarm schedules, labels, repeat settings, sound or notification preferences, challenge or mini-game selections, completion status, streaks, and other settings you choose. Some alarm functionality may rely on information stored on your device and operating-system permissions required to deliver notifications or alarms.

Playwayk may also process technical and diagnostic information needed to understand whether alarms, challenges, and app features are functioning correctly.

3. Information we collect or process

Depending on the Service and your use of it, we may collect or process the following categories:

  • Account and identity information: name, email address, account identifier, sign-in provider identifier, profile settings, or similar information when account functionality is available.
  • Information you enter: goals, habits, routines, wellness entries, weight-related information, measurements, check-ins, notes, alarm settings, challenge preferences, and other content you choose to submit.
  • Subscription information: product purchased, subscription tier, purchase status, renewal status, transaction identifier, trial status, and related entitlement information. Apple, Google, or another payment provider generally processes the underlying payment method.
  • Device information: device model, operating-system version, app version, language, region, device or installation identifiers, notification token, and technical configuration.
  • Usage and analytics information: screens viewed, features used, button interactions, session information, onboarding progress, feature engagement, and aggregate performance information.
  • Diagnostics: crash reports, error logs, performance information, and technical events used to fix bugs and improve reliability.
  • Communications: messages, support requests, attachments, and contact information you provide when communicating with us.
  • Website information: standard server logs and, where used, limited analytics information such as browser type, referring page, approximate region derived from network information, and pages visited.

4. Information we generally do not receive

When you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the store handles your full payment-card details. Orbit Labbs generally receives purchase and entitlement information rather than your complete card number. We also do not require access to your contacts, microphone, camera, photos, precise location, or other sensitive device permissions unless a specific feature clearly needs that permission and you choose to grant it.

5. How we use information

We may use information to:

  • provide the feature or Service you requested;
  • create and maintain your account where account functionality is offered;
  • save and synchronize settings, progress, goals, alarms, habits, and preferences where synchronization is supported;
  • calculate or display progress, trends, routines, plans, reminders, challenges, or other in-app results;
  • provide AI-assisted responses when you intentionally use an AI feature;
  • send app-related reminders, alarms, push notifications, or service messages that you enable;
  • verify subscriptions and unlock purchased features;
  • operate, maintain, debug, secure, and improve our Services;
  • understand which features are useful and how the Services perform;
  • prevent abuse, fraud, security incidents, or unauthorized access;
  • respond to support requests and communicate with you;
  • enforce our Terms & Conditions; and
  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

6. Legal bases where required

In regions that require a legal basis for processing, we rely on one or more of the following as appropriate: performance of our contract with you, your consent, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, and improving the Services. Where processing requires consent, you may withdraw that consent subject to applicable law, although doing so may prevent a feature from working.

7. AI-powered features

Some Orbit Labbs products, including features that may be available in Weightoo, can use artificial intelligence to generate coaching, explanations, summaries, or other responses. When you intentionally use such a feature, text you submit and limited relevant context from the app may be sent to an AI service provider so the requested output can be generated.

Do not submit information to an AI feature that you do not want processed for that request. AI-generated responses are not medical advice and should not be treated as a diagnosis or treatment recommendation. We may also process AI feature usage and error information to maintain quality and safety.

8. Notifications and device permissions

Weightoo, T-gain, and Playwayk may request notification permission when a feature depends on reminders or alerts. Playwayk may require additional operating-system alarm or notification permissions for reliable alarm delivery. You can normally change permissions in your device settings. Disabling a required permission may prevent the associated feature from working correctly.

9. Purchases and subscriptions

Paid features may be offered through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized platform. We may receive transaction identifiers, subscription product identifiers, entitlement status, trial status, renewal or cancellation status, and similar purchase metadata in order to provide access to paid features and troubleshoot billing-related access issues.

The platform that processes your payment has its own privacy practices. We encourage you to review the applicable store or payment provider policy for information about how it handles payment data.

10. Service providers and processors

We may use third-party companies to support functions such as cloud hosting, authentication, database storage, crash reporting, analytics, push notifications, subscriptions, customer support, email delivery, and AI processing. Those providers may process information only to the extent needed to perform the service for Orbit Labbs or as otherwise described in their own terms and privacy notices.

The exact providers can change as we improve our infrastructure. We evaluate providers based on the function they perform, the data involved, and reasonable security and privacy considerations.

11. When we may disclose information

We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: to processors that help us operate the Services.
  • At your direction: when you ask us to use an integration or otherwise direct a disclosure.
  • Legal requirements: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, regulation, legal process, court order, or a valid governmental request.
  • Safety and security: when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security threats, or to protect the rights and safety of Orbit Labbs, our users, or others.
  • Business transaction: if Orbit Labbs is involved in a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate legal safeguards.

12. Sale of personal information and advertising

Orbit Labbs does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not use information you enter into Weightoo, T-gain, or Playwayk as a data broker product. If our advertising or analytics practices materially change in a way that triggers additional opt-out rights under applicable law, we will update this Policy and provide any controls required by law.

13. Data retention

We retain information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing your account and app functionality, maintaining subscription records, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, meeting legal or accounting obligations, and maintaining system security. Retention periods differ by data type and Service.

Some information stored locally on your device may remain until you remove it through the app, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app. Backup copies may persist for a limited period before being overwritten or deleted according to normal backup cycles.

14. Account deletion and data deletion requests

Where an app provides an in-app deletion option, you may use it to request deletion of your account or associated cloud data. You may also contact us at contact@orbitlabbs.com. We may need to verify that you control the relevant account before processing a request. Certain information may be retained when required by law, for legitimate security purposes, or to establish or defend legal claims.

15. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction or objection to certain processing, portability of certain information, or withdrawal of consent. You may also have the right to complain to a local data-protection authority.

To exercise a privacy right, email contact@orbitlabbs.com and identify the Orbit Labbs app involved — Weightoo, T-gain, or Playwayk — so we can locate the relevant information more efficiently.

16. United States state privacy rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights concerning access, deletion, correction, portability, and certain disclosures or uses of personal information. Where a state law applies to Orbit Labbs and your information, we will honor the rights required by that law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a legally protected privacy right.

17. European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and similar jurisdictions

If data-protection laws such as the GDPR apply, you may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Cross-border processing may occur when service providers operate in other countries; where required, we use recognized safeguards or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

18. Children's privacy

Our Services are not directed to children who are below the minimum age at which they may lawfully consent to the processing of personal information in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from a child in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us and we will review the situation and take appropriate action.

19. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Measures can include access controls, platform security features, secure transmission practices, authentication controls, monitoring, and restricted access to production systems. No service can guarantee absolute security, and users should also protect their devices and account credentials.

20. International processing

Orbit Labbs and our service providers may process information in countries other than the country in which you live. Privacy laws can differ between jurisdictions. Where required by applicable law, we take steps intended to provide appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

21. Third-party links

Our website and apps may link to app stores, social networks, support resources, or other third-party websites and services. This Privacy Policy does not govern third parties. Their privacy practices are controlled by their own policies.

22. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy as our Services evolve, as laws change, or as we introduce new features. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective or last-updated date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent.
